[Resolved]  Reliance Communications... — Netconnect Plus billing related...

sir/madam:

this is balu...i used reliance netconnect plus....my reliance card no is HSD [protected]....i am under the plan of 550 rs per month..they provided me a credit limit of 1300 rupees per month...but on the 13th november month 2012..they disconnected my connection and i asked a reason for that... but they said that u used for 2416 rs so we disconnected...."i asking u sir....what is the use of credit limit they told"...but they told me to pay a money now ....i am basically poor family...my fathers monthly income is 3500 rs only...i registered complaint to them about billing...but there is no response......this is the complaint nums.....[protected],[protected]...they given to me....without resolving my complaint they tell that....u must pay this amount otherwise we will put on u a case under section IPC 406 & 415-E....what is the resolution for this?....pls give neccessary steps further i do.....

Reliance HSD No.[protected]

I have used reliance net connect plus with the above HSD card number. I would like to inform you that i have faced lot of network issues and called up so many times to customer service calls starting from Jan 2014 - July 2014 related to network issues. It was never resolved from Reliance side and promptly bill will be generated from your side every month after so many calls also i never got waiver amount for any of the above mentioned months. Whenever i was connecting to the Reliance Netconnect it will never get connected and i have stopped using it longtime back. Whenever i have called up customer care for disconnecting the 'Reliance Netconnect' i got a strange answer from your customer service executive saying network is down call us later. It was never disconnected from Reliance side... Still now the problem has not been resolved and now i am getting a bill of Rs. 2391/- saying need to pay this money to avoid legal action under section of 406 & 415-E of IPC. Nowadays it has become a big mental stress for me

A] Repeatedly i have sent mails to appellate authority [Bangalore & Chennai] it was an issue which was never resolved from Reliance side after repeated complaints from my side (Refer: Attachment mails to Appellate Authority [Karnataka/Tamilnadu]). I have been promised that the issue will get resolved within 5 days from your side. But for your kind information the issue has not been resolved and still it is in OPEN as of today.

B] In relation with Reliance network for more than 5 years i have never defaulted my payment in the past. Even though there were lot of network issues from your side i have paid the amount from my side [Reasons being told from your side: Internet is down @ Anekal area, Network coverage issue, Account has been transferred to Varthur area, Up gradation to high speed internet etc.]

C] As promised still service guys have not visited the location which is my current residence [June - July 2014]. But i will get many calls saying we will promise you that the issue will be resolved from our side @ the earliest. (Refer: Attachment mails to Appellate Authority [Karnataka/Tamilnadu])

D] Already i spoke to senior person from your side for a waiver [Request ID: T[protected]] but after that there was no response from your side.

E] In relation with Reliance network for more than 5 years i have never defaulted my payment in the past. F] For a 5 year old customer this is the basic courtesy from your end by sending legal letter and till now i have promptly told whoever calls from your side saying i will pay whatever has been used from my end. I was expecting resolution from your end which has never happened till now.

Please let me know the resolution for this...

Data Card no. [protected] (was using from last 2.5 years)
On 16/08/14, my Huwai data card (out of warranty) has been damaged, so was not working.
On 17/08/14, I had called to Reliance Customer care[protected], asked about service center in Bangalore. He had given me Rajaji Nagar address. I contacted there on 26/08/214, he has told that he is not repairing Huwai data card & rejected to repair.
On 25/08/2014, again contacted to customer care, he had given me one service center address, Shree Sai Cells Indiranagar.
On 30/08/2014, I have submitted my Huwai data card for repair (Job no. 6578 attached with this mail). He has accepted but after a week I called[protected] him, he refused to repair & said not repairable.
After 31/08/2014, I visited to Reliance outlet at Marathahalli & nearby areas, but there were no availability of blank data card.
But still I have paid Aug'14 bill of Rs. 562 (In august, I have use internet upto 16/08/2014, but paid full bill amount).
On 08/09/2014, I have purchased new blank data card from Sri Vinayaka Enterprises for Rs.1500, with existing plan & MDN no ([protected]) & it activated on 10/09/2014.
On 25-26/09/2014, new data card was not working. Asked to customer care, he told that software up gradation is in process, will work within 2 days. Again I had called to customer care & again he replied the same.
On 04/10/2014, At customer care, I have raised two complaints (complaint no.[protected] & had shown to Rajaji Nagar service center, but refused to repair the data card
On 11/10/2014, I had given to Shree Sai Cells service center, he had accepted (Job no.7016) & was ready to repair or replacement within 10 days. Oftenly, I called him replied that he is working on it.
On 14/11/2014, He refused to repaired the same & not ready to replacement under warranty also.
Yet my complaints has not been solved. Now still, reliance net connect asking me to pay bill Rs. 2154.
Now still, reliance sending me sms saying make the payment otherwise going to case file against me under Section 4.6 & 415-E of IPC.
Please let me know the resolution for this issue

This is Ameen...i used reliance netconnect ...my reliance card no is HSD [protected]... I used this Card for One year
and after that I got relocated to Bangalore from Chennai, I called Reliance team for closure, they said no issue they will give the option of 5months free usage with out any charge, but I said them the reliance Dongle will not work in my office Laptop
so its useless, please cancel it, they said they will do i, after 5 months I got a bill started in my name to my Chennai address,
Its ridiculous and now i can see the messages coming from Reliance team on threatening Legal actions against Section 406 & 415-E...

what is the resolution for this?...pls give necessary steps further i do...

Please note I have given cancellation request dated 16 July and I received the confirmation with the Service Request ID:[protected]attached for your reference).
But they generated the bill and demanding for the payment.
Please note for the past 2 month I have not even used the Reliance data Card and how you will generate the bill for the unused and cancelled connections?
Please note I have sent repeated mail every month asking why you are generating bill for the cancelled connection.
As usual there won’t be any response from the reliance team. ( I have all my mails proof with me. If you are ready I can send all these mails).
Please note I paid all the bills for the usage. Below mentioned bill amount is not valid and due to system error you are generating the Bill every month with no usage.

Now Reliance is threatening me to make payment or otherwise they will file case under section 406 & 415 E of IPC. This is totally stupid and I never use any reliance product.

Please help me and provide the solutions.

i hope Mr.Ambani sir wake up even i have received sims for the hsd for rs 2279 am really amazed y u ppl r doing so n troubling the user in my case i did not receive any bills either by email r physical one i spoke to ur customer care ppl say some 5 years back that i need physical bill and payment due was for 1 month only suddenly u ppl woke up after 5 years and sent me sms mind u am lawyer n also citizen of India i can go to consumer court for i would happy to settle 5 years old 1 month bill if hard copy r soft copy sent to me on my email my hsd no is [protected] n i request you ppl of customer care service stop playing n falsely using Indian penal codes and sending fake sms my mobile is [protected]
