Consumer Online Resource And Empowerment Centre — vodafone mobile phone recharge plans not credited to new sin card

Address:Mysore, Karnataka, 571301

Note: i gave this notice to vodafone on[protected].
I will be filing a consumer court case against vodafone if this matter is not resolved.

This complaint is against vodafone india and the so called vodafone india call (+91 [protected]) customer care center’s supervisor mr. Sunlit kumar. He is very unhelpful, and only repeats himself negatively towards his customers. And, furthermore he will not allow you to speak with his manager to resolve the matter. And yet furthermore, he dose-not understand how to deal with the general publics’ mobile phone recharge issues. After 14 minutes of worthless discussion with him, i still could not get my new vodafone mobile phone’s sim activated and/or turned on, and/or the previous plan’s outstanding newly 4 day old recharge balance of: (Two recharges of: 1 gb data per day and all india calls free for 28 days transferred/credited to my new sim #[protected]. I am being cheated out of mobile number’s # [protected] phone services by vodafone for 52 days of the last (Two: all india calls free plus 28 day 1 gb data per day recharges plans). Note: this i have made and purchased $ on my old lost vodafone sim for 56 days. Vodafone’s validity on these previous recharges dose not carry - over to the new sim, and hence, vodafone cheats you blind with no recourse. I have a message on my mobile phone from vodafone proving that i made the last two recharges for 1 gb data per day and all india calls free for 28, two times over. Quote: finally it states: 56 days all india calls validity plus 1 gb data per day validity on payments of some 340+plus recharge. Note: this was via the last 2 recharges that i have played for, but have yet not been given access to by vodafone to use.
Vodafone owes me 52 more days of service on my two recharges of: all india free calls plus 1 gb data per day recharges that was done on my old mobiles lost sim for the 56 days plans. Note: the lost sim was replaced by me within 1 day, but the old recharged services balance did not transfer to my new sim to-date. Now why should i loose my 56 day validity when vodafone refuses to transfer my old sims balance plans to my new sim? ”go figure” and refund or credit.
