I have membership card of continental. But they are not taking my bookings. I have tried many times. It seems that they have cheated me and ran away. I want them to respond and as i am planning my next trip book my hotels for that trip. The city i am visiting is mentioned in their prospectus. I have paid and i need either refund or book my hotel. The amount they took while promising was 60k.
