Paid - 32, 500 - want my full money refund
I have purchased 5 years holidays membership plan from your company. But i am not satisfied with company services and also what your manager (Rahul) committed during signing deal are not sent me in written in the welcome email.
Below are points which are committed by rahul agarwal
Main commitments:
1) every year total 10 n/ 11 d (I got only 3 n/ 4 d in email)
2) only 4000 (Including all taxes) charges for 10 n5 / 11 d per year for 5 years
3) no charges payable on free coupon which company provide in starting as a complimentary after one month of membership
Please discuss with rahul and your team i have also send him a message on whats app as he is not picking my phone.

i think you have to talk with our MRD Executive before doing any complain.
because your all problem will short out from our side.
1) as you joined our 5 years package for 3 Nights 4 days accommodation only per year.
2) 4000 is annual maintenance cost including all taxes to maintain your package.
3) you have to pay taxes only as administration fee at the time of booking gift voucher of 3 night 4 days.
dear sir all the things are clearly and loudly mentioned in our company agreement that you have signed at the time of package joining.

As per our final discussion on phone we both agreed on :
1. your membership of five years validity
2. you can avail every year 3n/4d you can also gift your night for any person, split it
2. you can avail this product India and the Asia Pacific
3. you can be booked your holidays before 48 hours you can use holidays 355 days out of 365 days in a year
4. your membership cost is RS 32500
5. You have to pay AMC RS 4000 every year for as a maintenance.
6. I send you 3 gift voucher through courier and one you already have is also valid so the total gift voucher 4
7. As per last mail, you are the member of company you avail gift voucher at all season
And you will pay rs3000 for 3 nights for per gift voucher for bookings
No any extra charges and taxes applicable.
Please mention all these points in the written contract along with company stamp and authorize signatory sign.
WHEN WE GOT EVERYTHING AS WE AGREED ON, WE WILL HAPPY TO MARK RESOLVE THIS
