Continental Club Holidays — want to refund my paid amount. they have not providing any service till 3 years

We have taken membership on 5th may 2017. Since last 3 years we made so many travel plans and asked these guys to provide their services for the same. Every time they made excuse and not provided their facility. Every after taking their membership we traveled various places and paid from our pocket. So their is no use to take this membership. Now i am fed up with them.

Please help us to get our money back.

We paid rs 70000 (And some more amount)
