[Resolved] Coolwinks — regarding they are not picking by reverse pickup | |||||
I ordered a spectacle from coolwinks.com whose order id is cw[protected] on 25th december. The product got delivered to me. The product was of bigger size than mentioned. Thats why i called coolwinks.com customer service. From last 7-8 days, i am trying to return this order. But they pick up the order. I always gets a negative response from them. Now they want me to send that product to their address. Also they are telling me i will get partial amount of my money. They have refund cheap policy. So they are not agreeing to give me my money. I ordered two sunglasses on coolwinks through phonepe the balance was deducted from my account through phonepe But order was not placed i want refund .Order id order ID: CW[protected].Registered mobile no. [protected] registered email [protected]@gmail.com

This company ...I want to return the product but they are no responding to my calls and mails .My order number i is CW[protected].its such a shame that before getting our money you are so eager to talk to us but after that when we face some problems then u behave like this
