Corporation Bank — corporation bank debit card transaction failed but amount debited and money not refunded

I have pay online throught corporation bank master debit card dated below. All the three transaction got failed but amount debited from my account. I also contacted branch but not got my money back. Please help me. What to do? Customer care not giving me satisfied answer, branch also not take intrest in it.
