Corporation Bank — refund amount not received - not satisfied with cleartrip services | |
Dear sir, This is reference to the telecon held with your customer care executive on 22 jun 2019 and on 02 jul 2019. I did not received satisfying solution to my problem arised due to the technical issues of clear trip. 1. I have booked airline tickets through clear trip on 12 jun from lko –blr (Indigo - zhllkz-trip id[protected] for 18 jun 2019 and from blr –lko (Goair-e81jyj[protected] for 23 jun 2019. But due to exigency i had to cancel both the tickets on 15 jun 2019. Till date i have not received the refund amount. On the same before cancellation, i had tried to rescheduled my ticket from lko –blr (Indigo - zhllkz-trip id[protected] from 18 jun 2019 to 22 jun 2019 via indigo portal but payment was denied and it was put on hold. I requested to cancel this ticket from indigo people to which i have not received refund amount. Also indigo people were saying that they will deduct rescheduling charges, but since no payment was initiated how can they deduct rescheduling charges. 2. I booked another ticket through clear trip from lko –blr (Indigo - zhllkz-trip id[protected] on 15jun 2019 for 22 jun 2019, to which my amount was deducted on 15 jun 2019 and i received confirmation mail from clear trip regarding the same. But to my surprise when i went to airport on 22 jun for check in. I came to know that there was no booking at all in my name. It was very inconvinient for me as i had to attend urgent official meeting. Then i had to book another ticket for next flight on same date for same day ie 22 jun 2019 from lko –blr directly through indigo window at lucknow airport. 3. On the same day i had a word with your customer care executive who told me that i will get my full ticket amount back. But i did not received it till date. 4. On 02 jul 2019, i once again called clear trip customer care, but not providing solution, they put me on concall with indigo support team who are really not concerned about my money. He was fighting and lying that rescheduling was done as the amount was paid from my account on 15 jun 2019. But there was no deduction from my account. No rescheduling happened and it was put on hold so i had to cancel this ticket and booked another ticket for 22 jun 2019 on 15 jun 2019. 5.
