Country Delight — Coconut water - less water than promised

Address:Mumbai
Website:countrydelight.in

I have been a long time customer of country delight for their coconut water. They have a recurring problem of less than the promised quantity. They promise 275-300 ml. The container I empty the water in everyday is calibrated. What I have observed is that their quantity drop below promised level happens for a few days (3 to 5 days) consecutively and it recurs every month. The delivery guys say it's because it is from the same supply lot and he can't help because he is just a delivery guy. So I use the app which unfortunately has no option to log the quality issue as "insufficient quantity" or something like it. In any case, through their app I post pictures of coconut water poured in the calibrated container.

After this I have to follow up and that is very frustrating:
- the call centre employee says 2 standard things to the effect "rest assured your complaint will be resolved" & "our backend team will get in touch with you"
- I never get a call from the backend team but I get a Whatsapp message (subscribed to their business WA account) that "we tried calling you on your registered mobile number. But the call did not go through." The message also tells me "... you can call us on our mobile number [protected] from 9AM-7PM."
- To be detailed: I don't get a missed call, and Airtel provides me an SMS if someone tried to reach me and my phone was not reachable. So, technically, if anyone tried calling me I should know it.
- I try this number like 10 times a day and no one picks it up.
- So I end up calling the call centre and its back to the same 2 standard things they tell me.
- This loop continues!

Two asks for the company that advertises (a) about assured quantity of coconut water and (b) its an IIM-alumnus company:

1. Unlike milk in plastic packs, unopened coconut water can have variable content volume. And chances are it can fall short of the promised level. As a good business why don't you transparently lay down a process what happens if quantity is found less - refund, replace, etc.? And will you follow a policy of "no questions asked"?

2. You actually have devises that check the liquid content volume inside a closed solid container without opening the container. Why doesn't the quality team use these devices and avoid sending insufficient content coconuts to customers.
