I recently received a Country Delight Desi Danedar Ghee with a broken seal, raising serious concerns about product authenticity and safety. Despite calling customer care four times, my complaint remains unresolved.
The product arrived with a broken seal, making it unsafe and raising doubts about its authenticity.
The seal appears to have been cut very sharply from the top, making tampering difficult to detect at first glance. This increases my suspicion that the product may be fake or tampered with.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and action from the support team.
I expect prompt action, including a replacement or refund, and a proper investigation into the authenticity of the product received. Please improve your customer service response to such critical issues.
