Country Delight — Over valued billing still after confirm order

1. We have place order for fruits at the rate mentioned by them on their website app online.
2. We attach here with the screen shot of the order details, we have placed with them.
3. It categorically shows the rate of fruits and the total amount payable by us.
4. But when the delivered the order, we were shocked to find they have deducted higher amount from our wallet in our account with country delight.
5. We lodged our grievance to them with screenshot of the order but no response from them.
6. We made a call to their customer care in the matter, they issued a complaint number but after that no refund of excess amount charge by them.
7. Why we have to waste our so much valuable time for such a tiny issue? And this is not the first time where we have to face their no response attitude even over small small matters.
