I m writing about the disappointments we have witnessed from chis (Country holiday inn & suites). The company gave us false promises when we purchased their membership. But when i tried to use them, they denied for most of the things committed at the time of payment. They take customer's money in advance and promise to provide a hotel room whenever needed in certain places in the world. I paid 1.5 lakh for 10 years. This company promise us to provide * star properties but always provide us with * or * properties

It's become an impossible task to do regular follow ups with them. Multiple follow-ups have been done with no success. The company don't have owned properties. I feel cheated. Horrible and painful experience. I need an immediate refund for the money that has been given to chis. I need to cancel the membership.

2. "We would like to inform that we are not getting any availability for the captioned dates due to crucial dates & properties are denying for B2B process as they have to deal & sold directly so as to produce direct earnings for these dates."
