I took CHIS membership in 2021 for 5 years and paid 90k with 8k AMC amount. It’s been about to complete 2 years and we have availed services only twice. I am trying to get booking since November 2022 but they are not providing us any booking. Multiple times I have sent email regarding reservation but only reply we received stating property is not active with them or not available at this time. Then why they took money from us if they are not interested to give service. Their portals are not working, not even their numbers. Me and my husband tried to contact them every possible way but they ignored us. Ample of times we complained about it but it is not resolved yet. If it will not resolved this time we have decided to bring police straight to their office or file case against them.
