When i visited country club bagalur branch on 1 july, 2017. I had taken a country vacation package of rs.157500 for 10years.in that package i was offered 1 gold card, 1 iphone 7 & 1 holiday of 6d/7n every year was offered. But even after 18 days after from this message"dear debashis das welcome to country club, we recieved your application. Your club membership number is cvbg2club238903" i have not received anything. And on top of it, none of their customer support number work. Every time i call to given numbers i will say that "all their executives are busy" and this status has not changed for last 18 days.
