Country Vacations — country vacations false commitment, cancellation of membership and refund of money. | |||||
In the #15 (page-2) and #26 (page-4) of the Agreement, clearly mentioned the below details. "There shall be a cool off period of 10 days from the signing the membership Agreement wherein member can discontinue the membership by paying a nominal administration charges of Rs. 3800/- to the company. After deduction of the aforesaid amount (Rs. 3800/-) remaining amount would be refunded to the member.For invoking the cooling of period the member shall send a written communication to the Country Club, Central Customer Care." Despite of repeated mailers and call 'Country Vacations' is not taking any valid action and no money refunded till date. Was this information helpful? | |||||
