[Resolved]  Country Vacations — False commitments made to hook up for membership, later not obliging.

This is Debjani Sengupta, membership no CVKK1CLUB5LB176528. We were called at City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata saying that we were lucky to have won a lottery. On reaching there we were shown some wonderful pictures of resorts from all over the world & made many false promises about Country Club Membership. The representative introduced himself as Mr Ajeet Mahato. We had paid an initial amount of Rs 15000 out of total amount of Rs 90000 for a 5 years package. Balance amount was to be given on 3 years "flexible emi scheme" as described by them. From the second month I am getting calls from Country Vacations to make the balance payments & that my emi scheme was only of 6 months. Currently I tried to make bookings at one of their resorts. I was told that I my stay would also be payable till I paid up the full amount. Initially while hooking up us to their membership, we were told that we can go for free vacations from the day our membership number gets generated (which was about a weeks time). Now I want to get back my hard earned money from these cheaters which they are denying to give. The person who made us a prey with all these - Sh Ajeet Mahato Cell no [protected], has currently switched off his mobile & is not reachable.
