[Resolved] Country Vacations — No receipt for the payment received, also not returning the amount back, if we do not want to avail the services. | |||||
Same old procedure of calling to their place to get the rewards as a lucky draw winner. They said 45 mins presentation after which we can collect our 3 gifts. on 4.11.15, sweet talk explaining all d vacations and clubs.. how less v had to pay and how more will b incurred actually.. it was Mr. Sandeep who was buttering the bread about country vacation and country club ownership card. inbetween Ms. Annapoorni was explaining us about the payment details. sugar coated talk inspired because of which v agreed to take up the india plan which was for 165000. for which v had to make an initial payment of 50000. and the decision to join or not was asked to made on the same day.they also said atleast an initial payment of 10, 000 is needed to block the offer. since v dint have so much amount to pay on the same day, we paid 5000 and said we will pay 5000 the next day after which they said they can block the offer for us and we can start using the services and after paying 50000 we can go on vacations also. That night we read a lot of complaints online about all their false promises and how they fail to successfully implement all their plans and offers and how they charge extra for the stay and how their repayment is never done. The next day they called and asked us, to pay atleast 10k to avail the services, then we told them that we are not in a situation to pay the rest, so we requested them to cancel the membership and return our 5k. They didn't respond properly in phone. So the next day we went to the office directly, asked them to return the money, they said return policy is not there, so we requested them to give voucher atleast for the paid amount. They refused and gave us another option to pay 5k more and get the documents. After detailed discussion, they started talking rough, many staff joined started blaming us, forcing us to pay 5k more to get the receipt. Really it's a bad day for me. Request everyone not to fall these guys trap. The company doesn't even have a single good review, many ppl have got lost lakhs of rupees. Whenever you get a lucky draw call, just ignore it. Even i[censored] go there to collect it, it's waste of your time. Whenever gifts they will give it's of waste, kitchen set third quality product(6 glass bowls, some glass bowls have cracks), next one is holiday package, if you try to use it, it won't work, since it is already expired one, the final one regular membership card for the club, where u can use it to enter the club once, but can't avail any of the services. Overall fraud company, most of the people gets trapped, get up in losing the money, they will never return your money at any cost. So please beware of this company.
