Country Vacations — request for cancel membership

Hi Sir,

In Country vacations (country club ) forcefully joined in membership, but iam not interested
in agreement they mentioned, in 10 days cool period at any time cancel to membership i sent mail to ( [protected]@countryclubmail.com ), and also i meet to customer care office in bangalore location, but they told ur (total pacakage amount :72000/-), but you paid 30000/-, so pay remaining amount then will refund after 120 working day, they behaved roundly, pls help me sir.
