But after delivery make a bill rs.[protected]/02/2019) and last 13 day not solve the problem and force me clear the balance payment and receive your bill, rsa or warranty certificate.

I am talk to accountant and manager but i m not a satisfied

    Did not receive my rc and it’s been 10 months now, insurance people also denying for insurance claim, i want this issue to be resolved soon, my car is in the workshop from almost a month now, everyone is denying on there mistakes and not letting me to take claim for my fully insured car, need a response soon or else more and more complaints will be filled everywhere against the people involved

      I own a honda mobilio car. It met with a serius accident from back and the car's back was destroyed. Its airbags does not opened which is a major issue. Because of it one passenger now is suffring with stiches on head. There were 3 passengers in total. 1 in front and 3 on middle
      All were wearing the seat belts even in the middle.
      The driver is having a shoulder injury because airbags didnt opened. I am attaching car photis as well.

        “ honda “ car and brand is good to run,
        But service station in panipat haryana is worst.

        Lots of small work, workers doesn’t know how to resolve the problems faced by the car owner.

        Poor quality of assistance and service.

        Important :
        Need to be correct _ if honda needs to stay in market for its comfort cars zone.
        Because they making car service like
        They sucked all comforts from car, while i get my car to them for services.

          We have taken delivery of Honda Amaze 2018 on June 24, 2018 in the afternoon. At the time of delivery itself we complained about the vibration noise while pick up at 1st and 2nd gear.
          We were told to send the car next day to be checked in the workshop. We did that but car was returned saying that we rectify the defact in 1st service.
          The 1st service was done July 08, 2018. But the issues were not resolved.
          We again visited the showroom on the very day. We were told that now the workshop is closed and they will send the person to rectify the problem wherever the car would be.
          Today two technicians visited but could detact the cause of the the noise.
          They have told me that send the car to the workshop again.

            I purchased honda jazz v cvt (Reg. No. Dl 3c cl 6456) on 24th feb 2017 from courtesy honda. Since then i have been visiting courtesy honda bodyshop in okhla phase 2 for servicing. During my last visit for regular service, i told the service manager that there is some issue with ac as when i turn ac off and keep the fan running, a very pungent smell comes from the vents. After which on advise of service manager and engineer, air filter was changed and without even checking whether the problem is resolved or not i was handed the car back after service. I asked many times is the problem addressed and was told yes. Next day i again felt the same issue and i contacted the workshop. I was told that we will have a home visit and get the problem resolved. When the home visit guy arrived he said sir i cannot do anything about it and you have to bring the car to workshop. Then what was the need and purpose of home visit i did not understand. When i asked the same thing i was told that there is a coil which should have been cleaned during the service and was missed by the engineer who serviced your car and i have to visit the workshop as it needs dashboard to be opened which is not possible at your home. All this already wasted a lot of my time with no solution to my problem. I took my car again to the workshop after booking an appointment and i was given assurance that the issue will be fixed today but when i reached i was told that it will take 3 days and you have to leave your car, we cannot do anything today. If this was the case then why was i given assurance in the first place. After i retaliated to their behavior, one of the service manager talked to their gm and it was decided that they will fix the problem and give the car back the same day. I wasted my whole day there waiting. When the issue was resolved from their side i noticed that they have put room freshener in ac vents which suppressed the pungent smell and my car was again handed over to me. While coming back home the freshener fragrance vanished and there was the pungent smell again.

            This is really ridiculous that i have wasted my 3 whole days and still the problem is persisting. The worst part is that i have faced similar situation earlier as well with my car horn. I was asked to visit the workshop twice and a home visit was done just to tune the horn. I don't understand what is the problem here. Is the management incompetent to handle or are the engineers not qualified enough to understand and fix the problem.

            The issue is still persisting and today i noticed that a small cover from a window is also missing after this visit which is even more frustrating.

            This is not enough, the service manager does not even add a record of the problems mentioned while giving the vehicle for regular service. When i visited the workshop for the 3rd time due to horn issue i was told there is no record of you reporting the same during regular service.

            I cannot keep on visiting the workshop multiple times for the same issue as i have other important things to do. When you say anything about it then service manager always reply we can pickup and drop back your car. But the point is if my car will be in workshop for most of the time then why have i purchased it in the first place. I think i should have left it in the showroom itself and purchased a non honda car. This is harassment to me and my family.

            I want my problem to be addressed immediately and a strict action should be taken against the workshop so that they do not do this with any other customer.

              I had sent my honda city car for second service after constant reminders from the service station, the lady booked an appointment for 11 am on sat, 12 may 2018. However, when my family member reached there, he was made to wait for 3 hours and car service started at around 2:30 pm. This was least expected and to add to it after calling the lady who had booked the appointment, i was surprised to know that she had not booked the same even after calling me regularly for it.

              This was not enough as when the car came back, i realized the second day that my watch and sunglasses that were kept in hand rest compartment and dashboard were missing. I dropped an email to courtesy customer care but got no response for hours. Finally, i made the call to service station and the lady told me that they had the stuff and she sent it to my home. However, what hit me was that why was the stuff taken out at first place and even if they had taken it out without consent, why wasn't i called to be informed of same.

              I received a call from supervisor who attended the car and rather than accepting the mistake, he wanted the name of girl who told me that my stuff was with them. I believe, they never had intention of returning the things.

              Really disappointed by kind of behavior and irresponsibility shown by these people. I have made my mind to never send the car again to this station.

                I have perch aged wrv Honda from ur panipat dealer courtesy Honda on 14th aug 2014.from the beginning i face problem in my car i went so many times but no satisfactory report come to me.one month ago i given complaint about a liquid fallen in the door from left side and their service Eng assured me to resolve problem within 24 hours and he get photographs and a copy of rc .but till today no solution given to me.i am very much fed up for the poor service such like a Honda co. plz resolve my problem as early as possible otherwise i will go to consumer court and ur dealer will be fully responsible for all legal expanses.

                  I have taken new honda wrvfrom courtesy honda (Lally automobile) okhla new delhi. From the first day i bought car the gears are very hard and i register complaint in 1st service they are saying all wrv and amaze have this problem facing and service centre is saying now all prob solved and your gear are perfect now. And now after 2 days again problems start in gears then courtesy honda send one boy his name is vikas from phase-2 okhla he take my car to service centre and he comes after 2 or 3 hours and saying all okay in car gears and he is saying car gears want lubricant. Now again problems start in car gears in 1 month old new car facing this problems are not good i want as soon as solution for this problem with 100 percent gurantee i dont't want 2 days solution i want long time solution

                    My car was serviced in last month. I got the battery of my car keys got changed at the same time only.
                    Its been just a month and the battery of the key is dead again.
                    Technically i have two keys. And both had new battery in them and both are dead now.
                    I was charged 500 something rupees for one battery change. Please help me regarding the same.
                    I want to file a complaint regarding the poor services offered to me. Please replace the bettery of my key. Reply asap.

                        I currently own a Honda car (HONDA CITY DL1CM3050). I purchased this car from courtesy Honda Wazirpur Industrial Area and have till date got all my car services from that service centre only.

                        On 5 May 2017 (Friday) I received a call from Country Honda and they told me that they have encountered some problem related to airbags in the car and have to change a part of the same free of cost. I agreed to it.

                        On morning of 8 May 2017 (Monday) VIJAY PAL from Country Honda came to pick up my car. He carefully examined the car to check fuel level, dents etc. and in this process he had to start the car manier times but not a single time he faced any problem in inserting the key of the car or taking it out.

                        On the same day at evening he came to return my car and said that the lock of the was not working properly. The car was received by my daughter and I was not at home.

                        On next day 9 May 2017, I found that the centre lock system of the car was not working. I was not able to unlock my car. Somehow I managed to open the car by inserting the key in the lock of the door handle. After that when I tried to start the car, I was unable to do it because the car key was not able to rotate in the lock panel. All my efforts turned out to be unfruitful.

                        Immediately I called ANIL KUMAR (service executive of county Honda Wazirpur), to complain about the same but my complaints are unheard till date.

                        I request you to change my car lock immediately otherwise I would have to take a legal action against you.

                          This is to bring to your notice that your staff - Kavita @ Courtesy Honda, Wazipur is very ill mannered and rude. My father - Subhash Dhawan who is a senior citizen had gone to your shower room and this girl Kavita spoke to him in a very rude manner and this happened earlier as well. We bought 4 cars in the span of 3 years from your office and with such kind of response if we get, how do you expect us to come again at your show room. My father asked about a person from Kavita and she replied that he is having lunch and when my father asked, how long will that guy take since he had to go somewhere, instead of replying politely, she said ' do you want me to ask him to leave the lunch and attend you'. Is this the kind of ppl you hire who have no decency to talk. We really want the management to take strict action against this staff, so that you dont loose loyal customers. I would expect a reply stating what action has been taken against that girl!!

                            I am Very upset with the kind of behaviour i got at the dealership, , despite of resolving the customer complaints .. none of them bothered to speak on the issue and just sent the regret mail that problem cannot be resolved and they didn't answered even one of the four clarifications I questioned from them, which is really unprofessional.
                            I have the complete chain of conversation which I want to raise in the proper forum so that the company should realise the kind of treatment their customers are getting

                                We have booked vehicle for service yesterday night for service for 11'o clock thursday i. e. for today morning to your executive name vandana in your wazirpur branch but they not send vehicle in this time and around 12.45' o clock, after about 03 hour later she again call me and tell me that today driver santosh is not come so she can not send vehicle till evening. due to such irresponsible and careless behaviour my punjab visit is cancelled. so look to the matter and clarify me about such irresponsible act

                                  Underbody engine cover was damaged in march/april and the same was taken to panipat dealership for repair at that time. They just put a new underbody cover that time and left it hanging (Not fitted properly at all). After this my car has been went to dealer ship thrice for same matter. They say that other parts also need to change along with it. But still not able to fix the problem. One time they say that fender lining needs to be changed, then another time they say that splash guard needs to be changed. I agreed to them to change whatever is required. But after all done and till today, then cover is still hanging as before.

                                  Left side electronic foldable mirror motor not working since last one week. I told they to check it but they say that get this changed under insurance claim. When i refused, they say that they will get it checked for under warranty claim. Atlast they refused that the mirror cover is damaged from outside and the same can not be replaced under warranty.

                                  Service. Along with the above complaints the car is in dealership for 50k kms minor service also, the mileage of car is 50, 080. But they did 40, 000 major service. The major service of 40, 000 was already done on 4-12-15 on 41113kms in this same dealership. The point here is that major service is expensive than minor service. And in major service many extra parts or works are done that are not done in minor service. So why should i pay for major service overtime even if the work is for minor service.

                                  Now the problem is that, after all the above complaints the dealership is unable to solve any of complaint. The dealership person came to drop the car and i asked him and contacted the dealership for all above matter, but they did not give me any satisfactory response. I have lodged this complaint to the honda customer care. The car is in dealership since last two days.

                                  The resolution which i seek is clear out all my problems. Proper repair work should be done.

                                    Courtsey honda lally automobiles pvt. Ltd. Wazir pur industral area delhi-52 (India).
                                    Many things which would not let you take you car to this dealer:
                                    1. Service engineers at this dealer are not competent to look into a problem - rather they would do hit and try and play around with your vehicle to find the issue, but at the end would not fix it
                                    2. Handling of vehilcle within the service unit is at stake - the drivers handle the cars like they are playing video game
                                    3. Service head does not accept anything to be manufacturing fault - they just open all the parts of the car to see if they can still fix - no matter you have to take your car 3 days in a row

                                    If you still want to test this dealer - i would recommend you to look at other complaints too

                                      Dear sir, I have booked New Honda city VMT PETROL TAFTA WHITE on 02/03/15 The dealer said he will deliver the car by 22/03/15 but till now he hasn't deliver the car..even he is nt giving feedback.now he is saying he has hold my car in silver colour and will deliver by 22/04/15. Tell me what should I do? Please feedback.

                                        I gave my car for service on 01 October 2011 at 10:30 a.m. as per appointment but there was no one to attend and finally when i found someone to attend it was 11 and as the Dealer committed the time of delivery i.e 3 p.m. I reached on time. But the car was not ready. The service advisor was not available though i was trying his mobile number. On contacting the service manager Mr. Anil Sharma, instead of finding any solution to the problem he started giving his limitations and was not courteous at all. Finally the car got serviced at 6 p.m. without the interior cleaned. A poor experience with the company and pure disappointment from the staff of Courtesy Honda Okhla New Delhi.

                                        i bought honda city -ivtech smt -from courtsey honda oklha in nov 2009. as with any othe automobile company i was committed three free services from the date of purchase . i sent my car for 2nd free service and they asked me for rs 2100 for change of engine oil . the car has run only 2500 kms in three months. when i objected saying i have been committed by the person who sold me the car and this is same for any other brand -first three services are free , the service incharge asked me speak to the sales person. the sales person total denied any committment . later i got a call from service incharge that till 5000 kms engine oil and oil filter is not required to be changed ......so i had not raised my voice and objection , i would have had to pay rs 2100 which is not required.secondly now i will have to pay this in my 3rd free service in may....this is cheating the customer ...
