Courtesy Honda — Repeat complaints for single matter

Underbody engine cover was damaged in march/april and the same was taken to panipat dealership for repair at that time. They just put a new underbody cover that time and left it hanging (Not fitted properly at all). After this my car has been went to dealer ship thrice for same matter. They say that other parts also need to change along with it. But still not able to fix the problem. One time they say that fender lining needs to be changed, then another time they say that splash guard needs to be changed. I agreed to them to change whatever is required. But after all done and till today, then cover is still hanging as before.

Left side electronic foldable mirror motor not working since last one week. I told they to check it but they say that get this changed under insurance claim. When i refused, they say that they will get it checked for under warranty claim. Atlast they refused that the mirror cover is damaged from outside and the same can not be replaced under warranty.

Service. Along with the above complaints the car is in dealership for 50k kms minor service also, the mileage of car is 50, 080. But they did 40, 000 major service. The major service of 40, 000 was already done on 4-12-15 on 41113kms in this same dealership. The point here is that major service is expensive than minor service. And in major service many extra parts or works are done that are not done in minor service. So why should i pay for major service overtime even if the work is for minor service.

Now the problem is that, after all the above complaints the dealership is unable to solve any of complaint. The dealership person came to drop the car and i asked him and contacted the dealership for all above matter, but they did not give me any satisfactory response. I have lodged this complaint to the honda customer care. The car is in dealership since last two days.

The resolution which i seek is clear out all my problems. Proper repair work should be done.
