Till date, my insurance policy papers have not been issued.

Had paid insurance amount via coverfox on 30.03.21. Till 3.5.21, I have not received my insurance policy papers via email. Placed complaints to coverfox, no reply.

I am chasing coverforx from more than a month now, for changing the name in the policy. Which was earlier in company name now moved to my name.

I submitted to buy insurance at price 4838 including tax but was not able to pay . After following up for 3-4 days, they are asking for 7100 minimum price . I have email proofs sent to cover fox.

Vehicle Number wrongly submitted as Wb77wgy0181, instead of WGY0181 in the following policy ofHDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited.

This is for your information the I have insured maruti 800 AC car ..but in policy there is maruti 800 kindly mention Maruti 800AC instead of Maruti 800 thanks

I had paid 961 rupees through google pay to coverfox insurance and money got deducted from my account. But coverfox showing as payment failed and i didn't get my insurance. The google pay payment i'd is[protected]. I had to pay again using my debit card to get the renewal. So i need my refund of 961 deducted from google pay. Attaching payment screenshot

They are taking cut from our emis happily & not replying on mail nor over call. Very bad & poor services from day one, not recommended at all dont weste your money with them just go to directly from the banks portal & take any of the policy from them. What ever they will commit its all fake regarding their services.

I bought a comprehensive policy worth 8, 161/- but at the back end coverfox/future generali has processed a liability policy of 2, 572/-.
I have been following since two months for the no claim bonus amount paid as fine to my new insurer but no refund has been made.
I'm not getting proper response from Ranjit
Palei.
Kindly intervene and sort the issue

I purchased a car policy for my car number uk07bu7307, on 15th june 2020, i paid all the amount and have receipt but even today on 3rd july 2020 i haven't got the policy.
Every day they are saying that coverfox is discussing with insurance company. I recommend not to use coverfox to buy any insurance, they take the money but does not provide the service and even their customer support team, sonali bisht is useless, she closes the complaints without resolving them and always give you another date, without any shame.
The guy ashwani yadav, broker is sweet by words before you buy a policy but once you paid the amount, he will disappear and don't pick your call.
I have been chasing the coverfox from 18 days and no result, they are worst company as far as i have seen. This will be the last company i will look for buying anything.

My car insurance is due shortly and when looking out for options i came across coverfox which had decent reviews and decided to purchase the car insurance from hdfc ergo through them. After providing all the required information and finishing the payment i was in for a shock when i looked at the policy that was generated. Policy didn't have car details, name and address details and other essential ones. Only thing that i could make sense was the policy number and the amount. I have attached the policy generated. I raised the complaint to coverfox team over email and facebook. They responded back in facebook and asked for rc to correct the details. I would be more than willing to correct if one or two fields were incorrect but the entire policy has junk values and i demanded the policy to be cancelled and amount refunded. Customer support executive accepted that there was a technical issue on their end (Only god knows how many thousands of policies would have been created with junk data)

But the customer support executive is not willing to cancel it and instead saying there will be cancellation charges, alternate policy proof needed etc and not helping of any sorts. I would like to cancel the policy and get my full amount refunded.

I have book my business in feb-2019 but still i have no received commision. I have book business throgh mr. Ghanshyam & mr. Mayur. I have so many times reminder for commision. They have told me that you have received payout before 31st march 2019. But still not received any payout. After that i have lots of follow up with 2 person & callcenter and other coverfox employee but they are only told me that you have received in 2-3 days. They given me lots of commitment in last 3 months but not done any commitment.

So all coverfox agents pls do not business with this type of poor financial company who can not paid commision since 1 year

I have given a claim, confirmed that surveyor charge will be reimbursed but I am not getting it. No support given by Coverfox executive Nikita. She is not giving me the deduction reason for last one month .I will definitely discourage all not to do insurance from Coverfox. I am asking for the bifurcation of the amount settled but that is also not yet reverted by the Coverfox. I want to know is this the way the company will work.

Coverfox refused to renew my insurance because car has a minor dent on the body which i can give in writing will never claim for it and recently got the repair work done at my own cost the only reason for insurance is because of new traffic rules in delhi.

I applied for kotak life insurance from coverfox website when i was doing payment the amount of inr 4760 was debited from account but page was stuck due to which the payment was failed the quote number 01t420691. I got the call from ajay who was guiding to me over the phone to make the payment. When the payment was failed on 14/09/2019 he asked for the screen shot from bank. I forwarded the email to him on m. [protected]@coverfox.com. He told me to wait for 24 hours in order to reflect the payment. I waited for 24 hours there was not response. I got the better deal from max life and i told him to cancel my quote number 01t420691 and refund the amount. He called me on monday and told me once the payment will be reflect we will send for cancellation and amount will be refund in 1 week.in none of the phone conversation he told me i need to fill the pf form and then it will be send for cancellation. Yesterday he asked me for documents which was not required to cancel the policy when i questioned him he was quiet. Today (19/09/2019) i sent the reminder and he told me on the email to fill the pf first and then it will be cancel.
You want to rob the ppl after keeping the amount you should inform us. The company is not reliable and i am not comfortable to disclose my salary slips and bank account statement with your # company, i need to cancel the amount and refund to my kotak account.
I am going to take up with irda and ceo of the company. It enough is enough.

I have paid an amount of 1608 to avail a bike insurance plan. The amount has been successfully paid using the upi platform however the insurance hasn't been booked yet. On connecting to the concerned payment service they quote the amount has been credited successfully to the merchant. I have been trying to connect to the customer care of coverfox and they aren't responding. Please i request someone from the concerned team to look into the matter and refund the amount or help me in availing the service.

I own your cover fox insurance company's motor car insurance [ bharti axa ]. But i've had a very bad experience with your company. Because last week i bought my car no mh04 ex 9985 the car was submerged in water. Car was standing in the space, because of the water, car was not moving due to havy rain falling. When i contacted your customer officer about claiming for it, i learned that there is no compensation company that can provide you with this claim. Now that i work in a private garage, it costs me rs 23500/- if i do not receive this expense, how will your company use the company's insurance?. If you do not suggest a suitable solution for this, i will have to take this complint and go to customer service court
