[Resolved] Cox And Kings — Poor service by cox and kings | |
I signed up for group tour for cox and kigs 8 days and 7 nights with cox and kings. Since my wife and daughter were travelling alone, i checked if was group travel and the travel agent assured me the same. They charged a premium. Travel was supposed have a tour organizer etc to the shock of the family, the group tour had just four. They were asked to travel in a innova for the entire journey. No push backs or volvo cars. But for the driver no tour organizer. During the travel there were heated arguments between the driver and the other 2 persons who travelled. My question is without the comforts of a luxury travel for over 10 hours from one location to another why should i pay so much. Why was i told that it was group tour, where a bunch of bank employee's were going. Why should pay so much. My wife has a very back back pain after the travel Was this information helpful? | |
