[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — Bad experience of service & miscommunication by Cox & Kings | |||
My mother & her 2 friends booked for a Europe tour on 2 May 2017. But due to the visa problem they couldn't go for the tour. This is very very shameful on the part of the company. The booking was done from Nashik office. At the last moment they told that visa in not ready. It seems that these people are very lethargic & not at all professional.
