We have booked the instant mauritius package from andheri, maharashtra cox and kings office through online and paid 40k as token money. From the booking no single communication we have received from the executive, each time we have called upon and gone through the long process and assured us we will get a call for the rest of the process, or ' they are having lunch/ not in the seat/ is on leave/ busy with another call' - these types of statements we got. As our departure date is very near and booked the domestic air ticket too from kolkata to mumbai, we are bit worried about the confirmation, moreover, we have received wrong information filled in the form, your executive asked their back-end team have done wrong, that will be rectified too, but no update till now. The executive name from whom we have booked - rahul jaggi (Extn - 83076) The executive who handling our booking - greeshma nair (Extn - 5768) Kindly help us with the next procedure.
