[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — Deficiency in service | |||||
I had booked Eastern Europe tour Ref No, 748292 beginning in early morning of 5th. May 2017. In spite of my repeated reminders on 2 occasions I was handed over ticket and travel Insurance a day before I was travelling. However I was not given hand bags or travelling bag as promised by them and written in their letter. On inquiry I was told that I will be given the same after my tour is complete. I fail to understand their logic as I am suppose to carry the same on tour. This is also used as identification for me to identify tour person who is suppose to meet in Europe. I rate the services as poor and inefficient Was this information helpful? | |||||
