[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — discounts denied | |||
Dear team cox and kings, I col manobendra roy has booked a package deal for indo china for departure date on 04 feb 20018. My id is 870539. I booked on the said duniya dekho package on 11 october 2017 at salt lake branch kolkata. I now regret to state that on around two weeks after when i spoke to an executive at park street branch, i was informed that i'm eligible for another additional rs 2000/- as discount. I immediately went to the salt lake branch where i booked... But to my utter dismay was told a blatant lie that i never asked for any additional discounts. This is utterly disappointing... The question is not about the money but about the way the sales executives are making such false statements... Which deplorably is not what is desirable. The above is for your information and action as is deemed necessary. Looking forward to more travel interaction with your company.
