[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — file no 933540 | |||||
I was scheduled to travel in june but i was told that the money has not been received. I accordingly forwarded the transaction reference number. I was again told that the money against this reference has not been received. I also forwarded the bank statement which was once again not accepted. Now i have a got a confirmation from the bank that the money has been transferred to cox and kings. I forwarded the same but i was told to sign booking form with travel itinerary for june and that there may be a postponement fee now levied as i cannot travel now in june. I have already suffered enough harassment from running pillar to post for proving that the transaction has already been made. Now to pay extra for the travel will be a further burden on me.
