Quite regrettably i am bringing to your notice the poor standard of services provided to us by cox and kings. We are the victim of their duping. We have paid total inr 1, 80, 645 to cox and king's bank account, which is full amount as per the contract for the trip to gangtok, pelling, kalimpong and received the voucher on 23rd oct 2019. And on 25th oct 2029 they have cancelled our trip to gangtok, pelling, kalimpong. At the time of booking i was assured to get confirmation and so i booked our flight tickets. Cox and kings is responsible for the inconvenience faced by me and my family members.
As per the public announcement in the economic times on 26/10/2019, as a creditor we have to register our claim with the irp professional on or before 18th january 2020. And this was suggested by cox & kings through email on 4th november 2019. I did the entire process but not received the refund.
