Cox & Kings India — I'm complaining about the refund that has to be provided | |||
We have approached cox and kings for booking air tickets and visa for the us trip from rajalakshmi engineering college. The agent mr. Nisar has booked the visa for a group of 5 members. We approached him again after a week of confirmation of the visa for booking the air tickets. He said he was unable to book because of some issues in the chennai branch. He said that the air travel advance amount rupees 5000 each will be refunded. We have waited for 2 months now.. Kindly look into this and reply for further proceeding.
