Booked the above tour at ahmedabad on 18th april' 19. We were told by email that we shall get our passports & visas by 13th or 14th of may. Now, we have to leave ahmedabad on 23rd may to board flight on 24th may from mumbai to russia. It is 10. 30 pm of 22nd may and so far our passports & visa etc have not been delivered to us at ahmedabad. No one is bothered at cox and kings. Pathetic services of cox and kings ahmedabad office.
