[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — my australian wonders tour cancelled after taking full payment | |||
I booked australian wonders tour booking ref :- 1046986 on 26.10.2016 for travel date of 25.11.2016 after making full payment. One day prior to my travel i got a mail from mr vedag chahad of cox and kings that my booking got cancelled and 100 % cancellation charges on me. The reason for cancellation they gave me that visa did not arrive. As providing visa to me on time was responsibility of cox and kings. I am sending them several mails but not getting any response from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
