[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — no cashback yet | |||
Hi, I booked a trip to Singapore through Cox and Kings in Oct 2018. i made the payment through HDFC Debit card and they said there's an offer of 10% cashback if i pay 80, 000 in first transaction. i did the payment in co-ordination with Cox and Kings employee. payment was done successfully. everything went smooth. they said within 90 days my cashback would come but it been more than 150 days and no cashback yet. im chasng the cox and kings customer care both through email and call but they say they are checking on it. 3 months and still they're checking on this?????? i would say it's a pathetic service by Cox and Kings. i'm fade up of chasing them again and again. below are the details of my trip booked.
