Hi team,
My mother went for the enchanted europe tour on 21th may, 2017. There was a plan for visiting 'rome colosseum' which did not happen for some reason. The tour manager mr. Saras said upon receiving his report mentioning this, the kolkata cox & kings team will refund the money.
But after over 3 months there is no update on the same. My mother has called multiple times to the office but after they said they would contact, the call never came. This is really frustrating. As this is my mother's first experience with cox & kings, i am really unsure why they are making it so bad and stopping any future business that they can have from us.
Also unnecessarily they asked my mother to convert a lot of money in euro and pound (Over 50k) which never was required at all. There should be more care in handling aged people who might not be having much idea about the approx. Expenditure in the destination.
Please help us to resolve this issue. Else let me know how to escalate it further, as i am also part of a multinational corporate group, i hope my problem will be taken care of at this stage only as you are in service industry. Was this information helpful? |
