[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — not received the cashback promised | |
Hi I have travelled with cox and Kings on 24th December 2017 with booking I'd 896650. While booking I was promised that I will get a cash back of RS 6800 after one week of completing my trip. Now its been around 5 months and I have contacted the customer care a million times and never got a proper reply. The customer care is acting very irresponsibly in support. In around 10 times I called the customer care executives gave lame reasons to connect my call to the person who promised me the cash back and they neither provided call back nor helped me forward.
