Dear dignitaries,
This is really awful when you getting this kind of services from a responsible organization. Myself pilat sinha, i had submitted a passport renewal request of my daughter praisy sinha on[protected], in your fahahel branch in country kuwait. The tracking no for the application is (Kwtfp2130319).
Today[protected] at approximately 615 pm, i spoke to one of your executive over telephone[protected] and he confirmed me to come and collect the passport, also in the same time i checked the tracker online to reconfirm the status. The tracker was showing that, "the passport has been sent to the respective branch to collect".
But when i reached the branch, i met one executive and i showed my receipt screen shot in my mobile and immediately he replied me saying that, its not yet received. Then i told him, i confirmed over phone and on invitation i came to receive it. Post that he told me to come tomorrow morning 08:00am to collect the same and then he took me to the manager. The manager told me the same thing, after that i requested both saying that my daughter's visa already expired on 09-11-19, so if i can take the passport now it will help me to renew the visa tomorrow early hour. But both disagree to handover the passport on that time.
Moreover, i would like to inform you that the executive & the manager was discussing in indian regional language, where as i was communicating in english, as i know regional language speaking is not allowed inside the any esteemed organization, it is presenting a poor image of the organization.
This is really dolorous to say that their behavior make me feel that it is an example of worst customer service example.
Please take the pain to update me, if your organization taking any action on them.
