[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — poor condition hotels and meals | |||||
1. We booked a tour from cox and kings american bonnanza, summer, 2018 and completed on 14 june, 2018. At the time of booking the tour we had seen that hotels shown in website of cox and kings for the above tour were very good, but at the last moment of the tour, they changed the hotels and booked very poor quality hotels in some places i. E. Specially at the last destination, los angeles (Pic of room's curtain attached). Everyone of the members of the tour group complained to tour manager. But he was helpless because everything was planned from mumbai based office. 2. Regarding the meals - at new york, washington and los angeles was worst quality even breakfast too. I request team of cox and kings to review this matter and plan any tour very carefully so that customer feel comfortable at any cost. Because this time most of the members were above 50, so it was very difficult to them to travel more than 1 hour to hotel after having dinner. Was this information helpful? | |||||
