We had booked eastern whirl tour departure date16 june 2017 at your alkapuri vadodara office-ref no.745041. We did not get our complimentary bags before departure inspite of several reminders with mr vaibhav karambelkar in person. Thereafter he informed us bags will be given after arrival back in india.in spite of several reminders, still we have not got our bags.
