[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — refund for cancellation still not received | |||||
Due to an error on the website of cox and kings, the package that we booked was not available at the price displayed on the website. Hence we asked for cancellation of the booking and refund of the booking amount of rs. 14, 114/- We have been coordinating back and forth with the representative mr. Moinuddin but we have not received the refund, or a timeline by when the same will be processed. This is sheer negligence and poor customer management. The delay is unacceptable as the fault in this case is completely of cox and kings. Was this information helpful? | |||||
