Dear sir my old age and disabled parents, opt a tour package, i. E. Tailoremade south india from cox and kings company, the tour file number given to them is -2018dom1904756, the taxi driver provided to them, is very rude, non cooperative behaviour, his act causes life threaten to my parents, after talking so many times with company local representative and senior executive, no solution is provided yet, because of such behavior, and act my parents dream southindian temple tour is completely spoiled and wasted, kindly do needful.
