[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — regarding refund issue | |
I had booked a trip to china scheduled from may 17/ 2019 for 8 days duration. Ms. Pavithra n mr. Venkatesh at anna nagar, chennai handled the details. Booking id is 1091339. Amount of rs.6, 65000 was given as cheque on april 11 was cleared on 16 april. Pavithra informed us that the trip got cancelled from their side n the process for refund has been initiated on 22 april, on repeated calls from my side they is no proper response as to when our money would get refunded.
