[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — spelling mistake in flight ticket | |||
Me, my family along with our colonyments (24 members) booked the group tour to leh and laddakh around 2 months back from aurangabad (Ms). Our tour is going to start from 30th may 04:00 hrs from mumbai. I received my group flight ticket (Bom-ixl) today at approx 4 pm on my whatsapp messanger. Upon checking my ticket i found the spelling mistake in the name of my wife. It should be aasawari adgaonkar where as the ticket shows asawari adgaonkar. I already submitted photo id (Aadhar card) for the same much before. I noticed the same to your aurangabad office and they assured me that it will get changed. But, after that no one from you took any action till now. I am at mumbai for my personal work and may not get the time for tomorrow to take a printout of corrected ticket.
