There is no use sending a Complaint to Cox & KIngs. - to start with they will call it "feed-back" !

There will not be any response. If you persist and followup, then due to compulsions, some kind of response with flowery words and assurances will be sent.

I complained, after one month non-response, reached the Company's "Quality Head", repeatedly followed up and finally got a response, which they have treated as "feedback" for future interactions !!

Only option open seems Legal action.

Please stop sending stock answers and questions as usual.

Updated by maroli One more request, stop closing any issue unilaterally calling it "resolved". by sending a vague response the issued does not get resolved. It is for the complainant to confirm whether it is resolved.
