[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — useless exercise. | |||||
There is no use sending a Complaint to Cox & KIngs. - to start with they will call it "feed-back" ! There will not be any response. If you persist and followup, then due to compulsions, some kind of response with flowery words and assurances will be sent. I complained, after one month non-response, reached the Company's "Quality Head", repeatedly followed up and finally got a response, which they have treated as "feedback" for future interactions !!
