[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — worst service | |
Hi, This is zaid shaikh here from goa. Today i went to cox and kings at margaon goa which is located near ktc bus stand for money exchange. I spoke to the receptionist regarding £25 for the exchange in indian rupees and he gave me exchange rate and all that but his owner was not available at that moment for this formalities so they made me wait for half an hour because he was outside after word with owner by the receptionist. Right after half an hour receptionist again called his owner about the update so receptionist passed the phone to me to speak with his owner and i spoke to him while on the conversation owner gave me some lame excuse by saying their system is not working so he requested me to come back after 1 or 2 days. Now why didn't owner informed me this at first place instead of making me awaited for half an hour. What is assume from this is that the owner was looking for big money not a small £25. But this is very bad and unappreciated. I had trust on cox and kings about its integrity and trustworthyness. Was this information helpful? | |
