I have booked a trip to bhutan, through coxandkings bharat deko online package for 6 nights / 7 days in dec, 3 people, booking id 1114136 and payment date 6, oct 2019. I made complete payment online and i haven't got any booking confirmation. I have got an email response saying we are looking into this matter and would get back in few days. But it has been more than 1 month and i would like to get a refund for the entire booking.
