[Resolved] CPP Group India — application rejected unnecessarily | |||
Hi I am subash g here, i have been running behind and following up customer care for document and emails for complete documentation to claim the amount for damaged phone. End of the day they have rejected the documents on 10th, oct 2019 with out any intimation or information via any means till now. Very disappointing!! Where as all th documents have reached them on 09th oct, 2019. If required i can even share the audio spoken to customer care person from the day one.
