[Resolved]  CPP Group India — Refund for plan not received

Cancelled the CCP plan on[protected], the day I received the mail for membership.
Called multiple times on the customer care number. No proper answer was provided. They even say I’m eligible for full refund.
9 working days are over and I have not gotten my money back.
Membership is is IAG027525.
