I wish to discontinue your services as it is not useful to me at all. My member ID is IA5188027. I have been sending mails to discontinue the service in the past months as well, but no response. I have already raised this issue with CPP customer service and they have confirmed cancellation and mentioned refund within 7 working days. The executive also refused to share any cancellation and refund confirmation via mail or sms. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Sep 24, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Except for verbally saying that cancellation will be done and refund will be made, the company has NOT shared any confirmation on cancellation and refund via mail or SMS. Rather they refused to share any confirmation via mail or sms. CPP Group India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
