My name is puneet and i am writing you to regarding the claim rejection because of delay in intimation. I was trying to reach you for the claim registeration right after the incident happen. But i was not able to reach you. I even tried login to your website but i was not able to get otp for the registration. After that, i called customer care and register my claim after 3-4 days. They told me i have to register within 24 hours. Then i told him that i was not able to login and even that i don't have any number to contact. Some how i approached to them.
They agree my statement and registered my complaint and asked for the physical documents which i sent by spending near about 400 rs. If i have to register within 24 hours as per your policy then my claim should not be registered.
Please reopen and verify my case. This is not good customer service which i supposed to have after spending 2500 rs for mobile insurance.
