Since the time i first filed a complaint till date the experience with cpp customer service is pathetic.
1) noone is knowledgeble
2) cant understand english
3) abruptly disconnects the call
4) each executive gives different details
5) i can say it is worst

They say that the claim will be processed in 28 working days and it has been more than 2 months, when i call each time they only say please wait for few more days, that is the only answer i get.
How can such irresponsible customer service exist?
How can you be so untimely to release claim amount
Dint i pay for insurance?
What is the point of such baseless answers
