[Resolved]  CPP Group India — Claim my insurance IM7476792

Dear sir/madam,
My mobile 19/03/2022 that date my mobile damaged ( while going on sooty suddenly mobile slipped out from pocket and fell down on road and got damaged, )

I called CPP customer care REGISTER MY COMPLAINT, they checked my details and told, your insurance are cancelled, I said my emi paid timely and my emi also closed date from ( 02/06/2021 to 02/12/2021)
i also bank statement,
Now my mobile are damaged I want to claim my insurance,
